I saw the negative reviews for Jawbone II that focused on the poor fit. I found out for myself they are right. First, it doesn't stay lodged in your ear. By making the ear hoop easier to put on, it's easier to fall off. Second, by making the unit shorter, it makes it harder for the unit to touch your cheek. Technology that relies on contact with your cheek can't be too small, I guess (basic human anatomy). I think the noise cancellation technology is still good, but the ergonomics are terrible. It is way too easy to accidentally turn off the unit!Bummer, I really wanted this to be the right hands-free solution, but I'd suggest folks look elsewhere, especially if you have a big face.
